Qigong is about self-healing through natural energy cultivation.  Increase vitality, decrease stress, and improve overall health.  Newcomers and regulars are welcome. Easy, fun and FREE!  Donations are optional and ALL goes to local charities. Stand or sit.  No equipment needed. Dress comfortably. As with all fitness programs, get your doctor's approval before beginning Qigong.   LEARN MORE HERE!

MAY 23 SPECIAL PRESENTATION -POWER OF FOOD WORKSHOP - “HOW TO TRANSITION TO A HEALTHY-EATING LIFESTYLE!”  Saturday 10:00-11:30 AM at the Hendersonville Co-op with presenters Bob & Fran German. The Co-op is located at the corner of Spartanburg Hwy and Charleston Lane.  Learn how you can Prevent and Even Reverse Disease, Discomfort, and Overweight This program consists of an inspiring video plus a comprehensive "how-to" workshop packed with tips and practical information.  Discover ways to transition to a healthier eating lifestyle, lose weight and keep it off, shopping tips, cooking tips, recipes, discussion, and Q & A.  A great way to jump-start one's path to great health, vitality, and longevity.  Open to the community. $10/$12 to Register and redeemable to shop at the Co-op.  It's a great deal!  Call Gretchen at the Co-op to Save Your Place at 828.693.0505 Ext 102.  Seating is limited.

NOTE:  We headed South again this winter.  The Power of Food Group Gatherings and the Personal Growth Forums will continue each month year-round on the third Tuesday and third Thursday respectively. Look for more programs starting in April 2020 including Qigong Classes and Power of Food Workshops.
